The bottom of one of the legs of a chair was broken. The last screw to put in on a chair wasn't die cut for the wrench so I had to use pliers to tighten it. The wicker on one of the stools looks like it was cut so I super glued it in hopes that it will keep it from unraveling. I'm wondering if this was a set that had been returned to them before because of the way everything was wrapped up. The hardware was scotched taped & the tape broke & luckily all of the screws that fell out were in the box. Just disappointed.It is a nice looking set. Some of the screws were damaged, fortunately my husband was able to fix them with his thread repair kit. You should include a couple of spare screws in every set. The legs on the table should have longer screws as the screws don't go in very far. The table is also a little wobbly, but since the feet screw-in and out we were able to correct that. It is well designed and built and should last a long time!Cushions are horrible. They never dry out after a rain and fade horribly after just a few months.I liked the product so much that I purchased a second set. Exactly as described, sturdy product and looks great sitting on the back porch. Over the holidays, one of the side arms of the chair were damaged by a guest. Contacting customer service about a getting a replacement part was a breeze and they promptly helped out and sent out a new arm rest! FAST and courteous!
